Hello, We are a British company with a Fed EIN and we aim to file a 1120 F at the end of the accounting year. We store our furniture products in NJ and will sell it over Internet - Amazon and Wayfair. Amazon and Wayfair will collect the taxes and will issue us with re-sale certificates. Question- do we need to still register us at NJ Sales tax? Yes / No If the a answer is yes; can you register our company for $75 + NJ fee? Await response. Regards, Amit
