RETURNS AND REFUNDS
If for any reason you are dissatisfied with our service, Infotax Square will undertake its best efforts to resolve the matter to your satisfaction. If you still remain dissatisfied after Infotax Square attempts to resolve the matter, the following terms and conditions apply. Please note all refund requests must be made within sixty (60) days of issuance of services. Infotax Square cannot issue refunds if such request is made over sixty (60) days following the dispatch of the services by Infotax Square. 
Infotax Square will refund the total payment less Fifty dollars ($50.00) as a document processing fee on all orders cancelled prior to submission of filing to the state. Infotax Square will issue no refund for all orders cancelled after the submission of filing to the state. Any and all funds already applied towards state filing fees, publications fees, corporate kits and/or shipping and handling are nonrefundable. For all checks returned to Infotax Square due to non-sufficient funds or closed accounts, a twenty five dollar ($25.00) penalty and any additional bank service fees will be added.
