How can a religious not for profit corporation be formed?

Dear Sir/Madame; I am contacting you as we need an expert advice in the following matter: We are an international (global ) non-profit org., very new, in fact an NGO. We are seeking to find a form of legality- with regard to the fact that each of our board members are nationals of other countries-as well as we are trying to set-up a bank account. We do not seek tax-exempt status, also we do not seek 'to belong ' to a certain country. Can this entity have a legal form? Should we consult an international lawyer?
