  • Age limit is 19 for a civilian
  • There is no military exemption
  • The age limit for a military person is 19

State of Arkansas:

  • The age limit is 21 for a non-military person
  • Military exemption is available
  • Age limit of a military person is 18

State of California:

  • The age limit is 18 for a non-military person
  • Military exemption is available for a military person
  • A military person can buy the tobacco products at the age of 18
