Publication:
A few states require notice to be published in a newspaper that an
LLC has been formed. States with this requirement include:
- Pennsylvania (corps only)
- Georgia (corps only)
- Arizona (corps and LLCs)
- Nebraska (corps and LLCs)
- New York (LLCs only).
